Before breaking ground, Fairly Modern worked closely with the Kozminski family to help them visualize the space through the use of renderings and various visual techniques. As the lead designer for Mosaic Properties + Homes, every selection was out of the box – making the process creative and resulting in a space that felt custom to their personal style.
Features include a blend of modern and traditional fixtures, wallpapers, custom built-ins and fireplace, unique tiles, and a cohesive color palette.
